Mr. Ricciardulli is a global automotive industry information technology leader with over 30 years’ experience in business development, sales leadership, business leadership, project & fiscal management, and quality systems. He has held executive roles for operations and new business development at Mitchell International, Alldata-AutoZone, Solera Holdings, and Repairify Inc. Mr. Ricciardulli has extensive experience creating and negotiating global OEM relationships and license agreements for automotive information/data access including collision-repair, glass, mechanical repair, automotive intelligence, diagnostics, and ADAS calibrations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ricciardulli has been recognized for product innovation and new market creation all aimed at optimizing EBITDA, enhancing customer value, and bolstering shareholder equity.

Mr. Smith, has over 28 years of experience in the software industry, specifically focusing on pioneering new technology and AI solutions. He is a transformative strategic leader skilled in developing global infrastructures, digital transformation, AI solutions, and cloud-based global SaaS systems.

During his career, Mr. Smith has held many key technology development roles including VP of Infrastructure & Strategy, Cloud Architect, and Chief Technology Officer & Architect. From a business management and entrepreneurial perspective, he consistently blends business acumen with deep technological insights.

Mr. Smith’s entrepreneurial achievements are highlighted by the founding of Expertdev.blog and the ownership of several ventures, most notably AgapeWORKS—a groundbreaking Cloud-first, Azure-based SaaS serving thousands of organizations worldwide.

Mr. Radzik is an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative software system solutions and data-driven strategies within the automotive and tech sectors. Under his software development leadership, Alldata created Collision Advantage which won first place product of the year at SEMA 2017. Mr. Radzik has held senior project management, product management, operations management, cross-functional team leadership, and business analysts positions at technology leading automotive companies including Repairify Inc., Solera Holdings, and Alldata.

Mr. Radzik holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business & Technology, a bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College, and Data Science Certifications from John Hopkins University.

For over 23 years Mr. Mikrut has consistently provided operational excellence, revenue growth and implemented transformative strategies across all sectors of the professional automotive repair industry, including collision, auto glass, and mechanical repairs. As the VP of Product Development at Protech, he is driving retail product evolution in the automotive space.

Previously, Mr. Mikrut has held C and executive level positions with some of the automotive industry’s most innovated companies including Wejo Connected Vehicle Data Solutions, Repairify Inc., Solera Holdings and Cars Collision Center, LLC.

Mr. Mikrut holds a BS in Business Management from Purdue University.

Mr. Mehta is a data & security software technologist and operating executive with over 25 years’ experience in the automotive ecosystem. As the COO of First Advantage, he increased company revenue from 50MM to 700MM in 7 years through organic and acquisition growth, establishing a company footprint in 14 counties with over 4500 employees. During this timeframe he executed over 45 acquisitions and integrations.

Previous positions held by Mr. Mehta include VP of e-commerce for CDK Global – dealership software solutions and Chief Technology Leader at CVR – a premier electronic vehicle registration provider in the nation.

Mr. Mehta graduated with First Class Honors in Physics from the University of London and has an MSC in Computer Science from Imperial College London.
